SHIPPING POLICY

STIL will process your online order within 1 to 3 days and ship via UPS. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

We will required a signature on all packages unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address after the item has shipped, you will be charged $10 and any additional cost required by UPS in order to re route the package. If you miss the final delivery attempt, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be billed to your credit card. 

Shipping charges for items that require special handling or international shipments will be provided on an individual basis.
STIL will not be responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. If you use a shipping forwarder company, we are not responsible for any type of loss, accidents or damages after delivered by our shipping carriers. 

INTERNATIONAL

STIL accepts International orders for Residents of Canada, EEA and Great Britain.  We will process your online order within 1 to 3 days and ship via UPS. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and may be higher depending on locations outside the USA.  All International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges which are the complete responsibility of the customer.  

All International orders are Final Sale.
